Payment: I accept payment by money order or check. All checks and money orders will need to be received by me before shipping your order. There is a $15.00 fee for all returned checks. If you cancel a custom order, you will be responsible for the labor put into the item up to the point the order is cancelled.

Shipping: All shipping within the United States is $3.00 via USPS. I will ship as promptly as I can, usually within 5 days after your order is placed. If your purchase is personalized, then allow 2-3 more days. I will email to let you know when your order was shipped. Insurance is available at $1.30 up to $50.00. If your order is over $50.00, I will insure it at no cost to you.

Return Policy: I offer exchanges on products you aren’t happy with (excluding custom orders) as long as it is mailed back within 5 days along with the original receipt. You are responsible for shipping the product back to me, but not the shipping required to send your new order. I do not issue refunds. If you have any questions regarding the items you want to order, email me! I am more than happy to answer your questions and help you better understand the products you would like to order. I take great care in making good quality jewelry, however, remember it is still jewelry and should be treated with care. Repairs will be made for a small fee.
